Amber’s appearance on Love Island the boost her career needed and she hasn’t looked back. She has appeared in multiple West End shows, including Pretty Woman, 9 to 5: The Musical and The Great Gatsby. She’s also starred in the stage production of Back to the Future: The Musical. Next year, Amber will be hitting the road with the UK tour of Legally Blonde. She has been cast as lead character, Elle Woods.

‘She will definitely be in the top three’

Following the announcement, fans were elated over the news and welcomed Amber with open arms.

“THE BEST NEWS EVER,” one excited fan wrote.

“Ok, we have a winner,” another predicted.

“She will definitely be in the top 3 if not the winner!!” a third expressed.

“I actually cannot with thissssss! So gassed for you bu. Not Nikita getting another theatre kid tehe,” Layton Williams shared.

Why did Dani Dyer quit Strictly Come Dancing?

On Tuesday evening, Dani revealed she was withdrawing from this year’s series of Strictly following an injury. The reality star said she has been left “heartbroken” by her exit.

In an emotional statement, Dani said: “I had a fall on Friday in rehearsals and landed funny. I thought I had rolled my foot but it swelled up badly over the weekend and after an MRI scan, it turns out I have fractured my ankle.

“Apparently doing the quickstep on a fracture is not advisable(!!) and the doctors have said I am not allowed to dance so l’ve had to pull out of the show. To say I’m heartbroken is the biggest understatement. I am so going to miss dancing with Nikita but will of course be watching closely and cheering all the couples on.”

Dani was partnered with pro dancer Nikita Kuzmin on the show. They – along with the other 14 celebrities taking part this year – had been gearing up for the first live show of the series.

What time is Strictly Come Dancing on?

Amber Davies will make her Strictly debut in tomorrow night’s show (Saturday, September 27). Strictly will air on BBC One and BBC iPlayer. Although viewers won’t get to vote for their favourites, the judges – Shirley, Anton Du Beke, Motsi Mabuse and Craig Revel Horwood – will be scoring the Week 1 dances.

There is no elimination this weekend – and no Sunday Results show either. The judges’ scores will be carried over to Week 2, when the public vote will also open for the first time.
