The funeral procession of the iconic Ozzy Osbourne takes place today (July 30). The Black Sabbath singer tragically died last week aged 76.
Just weeks after his farewell gig, the world was shocked by the news that Ozzy Osbourne had died. Reports quickly circulated that paramedics and an air ambulance crew fought to save him for two hours.
Ahead of the funeral for Ozzy Osbourne, which many celebrities are expected to attend, his family have shared a new tribute for him.

Taking to Ozzy’s official Instagram account, his family simply posted a black candle with a flame. And in the background is his name. The caption was simply a candle emoji.
The tribute yet again broke fans hearts, as many still process the loss of the legendary musician.
In the comments, fans and fellow musicians shared their heartbreak of the death of Ozzy Osbourne, ahead of his funeral.
One wrote: “We love you Ozzy. That’s all I have got. This one hurts bad.”
“Still feels so surreal” another added.
A third commented: “Forever a legend, Ozzy.”
The post comes as the latest tribute from Ozzy’s family. While Sharon hasn’t publicly spoken about her own heartache, it’s believed she is taking some time to heal in private.
Sharon has been on social media since her husband’s death. Bush frontman Gavin Rossdale posted a picture of himself and Ozzy along with a tribute to the icon.
Amongst the many commenters, Sharon penned: “Bless you.” This has been her only statement since Ozzy’s death.
Ozzy’s daughter, Kelly broke her silence last week after his shock death.
Taking to Instagram she wrote: “I feel unhappy. I am so sad. I lost the best friend I ever had.”
Will his family be at his funeral?
Reports suggest that the family of Ozzy Osbourne will indeed be at the funeral. It’s reported they will follow the procession down Broad Street at 1pm. It’s believed Sharon and children Jack, Kelly, Aimee and Louis are all expected to follow in cars behind the hearse.
Fans are currently lining the streets to pay their respects, wanting the chance to say goodbye to the legendary artist.
However, the funeral itself – held in Buckinghamshire – will be private.
