Molly Rainford and Tyler West have announced they will be taking part in HYROX London 2026 together next month.
The couple, who got engaged last August, met while competing on Strictly in 2022. The pair teamed up for Celebrity Race Across The World last year.
However, in a relationship update, they are up for a new challenge.

Molly Rainford and Tyler West make joint announcement
In a joint Instagram post shared yesterday (February 22), Molly and Tyler can be seen having a video call with coach Tom Wyles.
Ahead of their conversation, Molly teased that they might “potentially have some exciting news”. Tyler added: “The biggest challenge in our relationship.”
In the clip, Tom informs that he will help train the couple for this year’s HYROX London 2026 event.
As he explained what the training process would entail, including 7 minutes of burpees, Molly admitted it would be “a struggle” but was up for it.
The challenge proved to be real when Tyler attempted a burpee at the end, where his body clicked.
“Some news… We are super excited to be taking part in the #DeepHeat #PBProject in preparation for London #Hyrox2026. The journey starts here,” they wrote in their caption.
According to their website, HYROX “combines both running and functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times”.

‘Good luck!’
Following the announcement, Molly and Tyler were immediately supported by their followers.
“You’ve got this guys,” one user wrote.
“Hottest hyrox duo incoming,” another person shared.
“Ohhhhhhhh HYROX. You gotta kill it. It’s quite an event, go Molly and Tyler,” a third remarked.
“Go for it,” a fourth said, adding the clapping hands emoji.
Meanwhile, a fifth echoed: “Good luck!”
