Celebrity Traitors star Alan Carr set to ‘throw Jonathan Ross to the wolves’ as Cat Burns handed warning

It could all kick off soon!

| Updated:

Celebrity Traitors star Alan Carr is predicted to throw Jonathan Ross under the bus by an alum of the show.

Since October 8, the nation has been hooked on the BBC’s hit show Celebrity Traitors. Hosted by icon Claudia Winkleman, the star-studded line-up has seen the likes of Paloma Faith, Charlotte Church and Stephen Fry all be booted off.

During the first episode, Claudia picked Alan Carr, Jonathan Ross and Cat Burns as her three Traitors. And so far, none of them have been caught!

However, in an exclusive interview with Traitors star Charlotte Chilton, she thinks that is about to change…

Celebrity Traitors star Alan Carr ‘playing so magnificently’

While speaking to Entertainment Daily on behalf of WhichBookie, Charlotte admitted she believes Cat is not disguising her Traitor role as well as she could.

“She’s very reluctant to give a name. That, to me, would have stood out, because I’d be like: ‘Why aren’t you giving a name? You’re not giving a name, even in private, you’re not giving a name.’ And it’s almost like they don’t wanna say someone’s name wrong, because then when they come out as Faithful, they look bad,” she told ED!.

“Now, Alan took a hit and actually went forward with a name, so he actually looks more innocent now because he’s gone off and made a mistake. And that is something a Faithful would do. They would make mistakes. Someone who won’t talk and someone who says one thing and then another, that’s suspicious. That’s a huge suspicion to me.”

Charlotte, however, praised Alan’s game plan, stating he is “playing so magnificently”.

She continued: “He started so ropey. I was like: ‘Oh my goodness.’ My friend Ash, who was in my season, wasn’t the strongest raitor. He was moving a bit like her, and I was thinking, oh my goodness, he’s so out. But I predicted beforehand, I thought he was going to do really well, because I thought Alan’s the kind of guy that can goof off, and he can make it laughable.”

‘Alan will throw Jonathan to the wolves’

With Alan currently breezing through the game, Charlotte is confident that he will team up with Cat to set Jonathan up.

“He’s already had that conversation with Cat. ‘I’m not gonna back him if he’s gonna put himself in the firing line.’ So he’s almost said to her: ‘If you vote for him or I vote for him and we decide we’re gonna go against him.’ It is quite clear they’re going to do that,” she said.

“I think Alan will throw him to the wolves soon,” Charlotte continued about Jonathan. “And then it’ll be between him and Cat. But Cat’s got some suspicion, whereas he’s got none. If he were clever, he would then throw Cat, and then he would look like the ultimate Faithful. But he needs to be careful because we’ve seen Harry [Clark] do it, and in my mind, I’d be looking for a Harry after watching the last series.”

“Cat’s not the strongest,” she admitted, before handing her a warning. “But she has started to question a bit better now that she’s forced to, and that’s where the game can all change. All the people who have coasted suddenly can’t coast any more. They have to start speaking.”
