Molly-Mae reveals son Midas’ struggle with reflux
In her latest vlog, titled Come Back To Work With Me After Baby Number 2, the Maebe owner was seen heading to her fashion brand’s office.
As she sat in her car, Molly-Mae explained to the camera: “Update on Midas’ reflux is, I won’t lie, it’s been absolutely savage.
“And I’ve never ever in my life had so many helpful, amazing, kind messages.”
She went on to thank fans for their support and added: “Basically we have now put him onto Gaviscon in his bottles, but not every bottle because it can make them quite constipated, fun chats.”
Molly-Mae says Midas’ reflux battle has ‘really not messed around’
Molly-Mae, who has always spoken candidly about parenting hurdles with daughter Bambi, three, added: “The reflux has really really not messed around this time, it has really come to play.
“I know its so common in babies but a lot of babies can still have some reflux and crack on and just be OK.
“But with this it’s so incredibly noticeable and it really has taken over to the point where over the weekend I was mentally really struggling with it.
“Because there’s nothing worse, well one of the worst things, is seeing your child in discomfort or pain and not having the answer.”
According to the NHS: “Reflux is when a baby brings up milk, or is sick, during or shortly after feeding. It’s very common and usually gets better on its own.”
Molly-Mae recently took to her vlog to describe the newborn experience with Midas as “much smoother” than the one she had with daughter Bambi.
