Jeremy Clarkson has revealed that he was rushed to hospital for “urgent” medical treatment recently.
Amazon Prime star Jeremy admitted that the treatment was “Defcon 1 painful”.

Jeremy Clarkson undergoes ‘urgent’ medical treatment
Writing in his column for The Sunday Times, Jeremy explained that he underwent medical treatment on Sunday, October 5.
The star, 65, was rushed to Oxford’s John Radcliffe Hospital after becoming “poorly”. The star had wanted to get private treatment. However, he would have had to travel two hours to London for it, which was too far.
“I needed urgent hospital treatment. The NHS was my only option,” he said.
“The treatment was Defcon 1 painful. They had to chisel me off the ceiling with a spatula afterwards, and I was forced to stay the night, but it was okay. I’ve slept in way worse hotels,” he then confessed.

Jeremy ‘eternally grateful’ after hospital visit
The TV star then went on to praise his time at the hospital.
“I genuinely couldn’t find anything to moan about at all. The doctors, the nurses, and everyone I met were kind. It was all spotless. Lunch was kids’ food-brilliant, and they even made me better — for which I shall be eternally grateful,” he said.
However, the star admitted that he hasn’t changed his mind about the NHS. But, he did praise it as being an “excellent organisation” with “superb frontline staff”.

Jeremy turns to weight-loss jabs after urgent surgery
Earlier this year, Jeremy revealed that urgent surgery following a heart scare is what led to him taking weight-loss jabs.
The star had found that traditional dieting didn’t cut it for him.
Speaking to The Sun in May, Jeremy spoke about his experience with Mounjaro. “I lost about a stone and a half, maybe a little more, and then it’s just levelled out now,” he said. “I just drink too much, that’s the essence of it,” he then added.
