Gogglebox favourite Amy Tapper has left fans stunned by showcasing her amazing eight-stone weight loss. And she looks incredible.
The 26 year old rose to fame alongside her family on the first ever series of Gogglebox. And since then, she has developed quite a lot of her own fans.
Over the last few years, Amy has been keeping fans up-to-date on her fitness journey, showing them each milestone she has hit. And now, she has reflected on the process as she achieves an incredible eight-stone loss.
Gogglebox star Amy celebrates milestone
Taking to her Instagram late on Monday night (February 2), Amy showcased her amazing transformation, leaving fans stunned.
The ex-Gogglebox star posted a before and after video, of her in her garden, in the exact same spot. The only difference was that she had lost eight stone.
She captioned the post: “Looking back so I never forget how far I have come. Eight stone and two pounds gone forever,” alongside a muscle and heart emoji.
Fans instantly took to the comments to share their opinions, with many applauding her for the commitment, and deeming her “unrecognisable”.
One fan said: “Absolutely sensational! So incredibly proud of you!”
Another added: “So, so amazing. You look incredible!”
“Determination pays off! So proud of you,” a third commented. While another penned: “I can not get over this. You look so amazing. Completely unrecognisable!”
A fifth added: “You look incredible. So, completely inspirational.”
Amy Tapper’s weight-loss journey
Previously, Amy confirmed that along with lifestyle and diet changes, she had also been using a weight-loss jab.
She told The Sun last year: “It has changed my life. I went to the theatre and when I sat down, my thighs weren’t touching the person next to me, or the sides of the chairs. I had room.”
Amy admitted she gets “annoyed” when people refer to the weight-loss jabs as the “lazy way out”. She explained: “I don’t want people to think that I have sat around for the last 17 years of my life not trying to lose weight. What I want is for people to know this has been my only option to get this far.”
But back in 2022, Amy explained that if she were to drop “around 6-8 stone” she would “pose naked to celebrate”. So, as she celebrates her eight-stone weight loss, it seems she has hit her target successfully!
