Lorraine Kelly took her viewers by surprise this morning, when a model went topless to demonstrate a breast exam.
Dr Hilary took those at home through the process, step-by-step, with help from Michelle.
After the demonstration, the model got her dressing gown back, as Dr Hilary encouraged women to conduct regular checks.

He added: “A lot of women say, ‘Well how do I know what I’m feeling? My breasts are always lumpy and grainy.’
“The thing is that is true. There are women who feel like they have a bag of sand, or rubber.”
The ITV morning show warned their fans the boobs were coming, taking to Twitter with a clip of the model in her robe.

But still, many were unprepared, with one tweeting: “@lorraine It’s too early to look at boobs on TV 😶”.
Some were shocked, tweeting: “I think bringing self checking of breasts knowledge to the public is very important but nearly everyone has access to the internet. Couldn’t @lorraine have just directed us to a link? No need for bare breasts on tv this early in a morning”.
Another wrote: “Not necessary to show boobs on TV just for a demonstration, could have had an animated video.. Similarly why is a man always talking about woman’s problems.. #Lorraine”.
But others defended the move, commenting: “Loads of people complaining about seeing boobs on tv? I think it’s amazing that someone has the confidence to teach the rest of the world how to properly examine yourself! #lorraine”.
Another strongly praised the presenter, saying: “Have to say how amaze @lorraine is showing women how to check your boobs for breast cancer, this is something all women should know from the early ages – and to the woman who had her boobs out for an example – how [bleeping] brave!!
A third wrote: “Are people really getting offended by breasts on #lorraine? Get a [bleeping] grip of yourselves. This one demonstration has probably saved someone’s life.
“It’s a pair of boobs. They aren’t offensive, it wasn’t anything pornographic. Sort yourselves out. Idiots.”

The segment came the same week Lorraine, 58, revealed she “can’t imagine ever retiring” from TV.
The TV veteran told OK! Magazine said: “I can’t even imagine retiring but if there ever comes a point when I’m slowing down then we’ll go back to Scotland.
“I feel settled here just now, pottering around the garden with [my dog] Angus beside me and indulging my passion for being neat and tidy by weeding.”
Lorraine and Steve uprooted from Scotland in order to spend more time together, after Lorraine previously commuted between Dundee and London.
