Fans react to Strictly spoiler results

Like previous series, the Sunday night results show is filmed on Saturday night after the main live show has aired. However, the BBC presents the programme as if it were live.

With that being the case, tonight’s results have appeared online, and viewers have reacted. ED! will not reveal the identity of the eliminated couple to avoid ruining the surprise.

However, eager fans who looked up tonight’s spoiler believed the right decision was made.

“The right person left,” one user wrote on X.

“The correct result – I’m sad for the person who left but I feel that their time on the show was up when you consider the standard of the competition at this stage,” another person shared.

“About time. Same moves every week and little improvement, if any,” a third remarked.

“Correct bottom two for sure,” a fourth said.

‘Absolutely gutted’

On the other hand, there are a lot of people unhappy with who was saved.

“BBC desperate for [contestant name] in the final,” one person insisted.

“Nope [contestant name] should have gone,” another insisted.

“Absolutely gutted,” a third expressed.

“This is becoming a farce. They are keeping one person in, as the BBC has an unhealthy obsession with [contestant name]. Pretty fed up with it now. [Contestant name] should have gone through as they have been improving every week,” a fourth said.
