Motsi Mabuse has addressed her noticeable weight loss, as Strictly Come Dancing fans declare she looks “incredible”.
For last night’s Movie Week show, Motsi looked sensational in a strapless white dress with bow detail at the bust. Her make-up was perfectly applied, and her short pixie cut wig finished the look off beautifully.
As well as comments online suggesting Motsi’s stylist should “get a raise”, others asked for the star’s weight-loss secrets. Well, now she’s revealed them…

Strictly Come Dancing fans swoon over Motsi Mabuse’s weight loss
Commenting on social media as last night’s show (October 11) started, one said: “Motsi is looking exceptionally pretty this year isn’t she?”
Another agreed and added: “Motsi looking gorgeous tonight! Wow.” A third commented: “I don’t know what Motsi‘s been doing but it’s working!” another added: “God Motsi is just sooooo stunning.” Others felt the same: “MOTSI OMG SHE LOOKS INCREDIBLE,” said one. Another commented: “Motsi has lost loads of weight – she looks amazing.”
Earlier on in the day, the star – who has been open about her struggles with body image – shared her weight-loss secrets.

‘I’m preparing for what’s to come’
Speaking to The Sun, the 44-year-old pro dancer revealed she’s been exercising more and eating a healthy diet. And one of the main reasons she’s been looking at her health is her concerns over the approaching menopause.
“I hate the fact that every podcast or everything I see online about it is based on fear mongering. I’ve never heard anyone say: ‘Don’t worry, it’s not that bad!’ I even asked Shirley Ballas. ‘Will it be okay?’ and she shook her head, saying: ‘No, it’s going to be a ride!’
“So I am preparing for what may come. I want to be ready. I’ve done an overhaul of my diet. I’m doing weights and building muscle. I’m eating nuts, fruit and salad. I’m going to the sauna three times a week, as it helps reduce your cortisol levels. I find ice baths are good for my mental health, too.”
She also revealed the changes she’s made to her diet. She said, over the summer, she spent some time in Greece “eating fruit, swimming and doing Pilates”.
When it comes to exercise, Motsi uses her home gym. She said if she doesn’t have much time she’ll do 20 minutes on the treadmill. But when she’s not busy she’ll do an hour on the machine, then weights, then see her personal trainer and make time for the sauna.
It comes after Motsi admitted that, during her dancing days, her weight was a “constant struggle”.

Strictly ‘challenges’ and sausage rolls!
Motsi added that now her daughter is at school, she has more time to focus on her own health. However, she did admit that making it work while doing Strictly will be a “challenge”. Not least because she loves British treats!
“I can’t resist a sausage roll. I have a sweet tooth, too, and I’m a stress eater. If I’m calm, it’s pineapple and berries. When I’m stressed, I want muffins and Crunchies,” she laughed.
