But thankfully the former alcoholic has got himself straight in the nick of time… but that doesn’t mean the fact he turned to drink once again hasn’t hit him hard.

When Debbie gets a gift from Joe from beyond the grave, it all turns out to be a misunderstanding, leaving her heartbroken that it’s not a sign he is still alive and well somewhere.

But thoughts of Joe lead her to go to the police and report him missing – something she realises she should have done months ago.

But of course Debbie has just opened a whole can of worms, and now Cain and Graham are at risk of getting found out.

With the pressure beginning to mount, Cain panics that his secret is about to be revealed, and Graham isn’t coping much better.

Turning to drink to numb his pain once again, Joe’s former right hand man hits the whisky – but will he end up hitting rock bottom like he did after Joe’s death?

Knowing that she will understand, Graham finds comfort in Laurel, confessing that he is an alcoholic and is struggling to control his drinking.
