Tina O’Brien has led many fans of the Coronation Street star to do a double take after confusing her for daughter Scarlett.
This week, the Sarah Platt star took to Instagram to share a photo of her and her ‘younger self.’
She’d decided to participate in the current AI trend in which the current version of you is seen hugging or standing next to a younger version of yourself, created using personal images.

You might be familiar with the trend taking social media by a storm right now, and it involves artificial intelligence.
People can input current and older photos of themselves into an AI platform that will then create a rather realistic looking image of the two of you together, with users then being able to visualise hugging their ‘younger self.’
Taking to Instagram yesterday (Monday, September 29), Tina O’Brien shared her own creation using the AI feature.
A young Tina, wearing a blue jumper and holding a teddy bear, could be seen standing next to present day Tina all grown up.
She captioned the image: “Jumping on the AI trend of big me with little me.
“I loved looking through photos of little O’Brien, I found this so emotional to do.
“Life ey?”

Fans mistake Tina for daughter Scarlett Thomas
With Tina posting such an adorable photo onto her social media page, fans have now admitted that they had to do a double take upon seeing the image.
They thought that little Tina was Tina’s daughter Scarlett Thomas, noting that the pair look very alike.
One Instagram follower noted: “Little you could be Scarlett.”
Another person stated: “Thought it was your daughter then xx,” while a third exclaimed: “Double of Scarlett!!!”
A final person shared: “I thought that was Scarlett, she’s so your double.”
