Coronation Street fans reckon that the Theo and Todd storyline will end in a murder – and a new theory predicts a twist.
With Theo turning violent and showing signs of coercive control towards partner Todd Grimshaw, fans have been concerned for Todd’s safety for quite some time.
However, while some fans have worried that Todd might end up dead, a new fan theory has turned this idea on its head.
Theo Silverton’s dark side in Coronation Street
Theo Silverton has a temper on him and doesn’t have a good grip on his emotions, lashing out and taking his own personal struggles out on partner Todd.
This has seen him shove food down Todd’s throat, throw mean comments about his weight at him, and leave him physically injured.
He’s also become controlling, isolating Todd from his friends and more recently playing with his mind by making him fear that he’d gone missing.
In reality, Theo had faked his own disappearance and had paid Jake Windass to ‘find his phone’ as a cruel prank.
But, could Todd soon fight back against Theo?

If Todd does try to defend himself against Theo, a new Coronation Street fan theory has predicted that he could end up killing him.
But, George Shuttleworth might then be on hand to help Todd hide the evidence in the darkest of ways.
On X, one viewer suggested: “Still going with my theory that Todd will murder Theo with a blunt household object and George will help him dispose of the body with a conveniently arranged secret cremation…”
Todd and George both work at an undertakers, so it is possible… But, could Theo actually die? And, at the hands of Todd?
