She is mum to four-year-old Alfie

Actress Catherine Tyldesley has joked her four-year-old son Alfie is growing up too fast and is already quite a little character.

The Ex-Coronation Street star posted a funny pic to Instagram, which showed her little boy posing for a photograph with her husband Tom Pitfield.

In the snap, little Alfie strikes a pose and makes the peace sign to the camera.

Cath hinted that their youngster could soon be a handful, she captioned it: “He’s FOUR… FOUR and we have this pose… God help us 😂😂🙈 (sic).”

Cath’s presenter pal Amanda Holden found her picture hilarious.

The Britain’s Got Talent judge left these emojis on Cath’s post: “❤😂.”

One of her followers added: “😂😂 love it. What a little character 😁.”

A second wrote: “Love the look on Dad’s face too. He knows there is trouble ahead.”

The star recently revealed how much life has changed since Alfie came along. She shared a sweet picture of her son and their new puppy Geoff snuggled in bed with Tom and herself.

She said they previously made a pact that they wouldn’t be one of those couples who let their children and dogs sleep in their bed.

Cath told her followers on Instagram: “Quote 2015: Cath: We’ll never be one of those couples that have their kids and dogs in the bed.

“2019 …#fail 😂😂😂 I’m glad we failed.”
