Love Island have reportedly announced their first contestant – and it’s clearly someone who loves being on TV.
Fitness manager Dathan Terriss-Moses, 22, appeared on Take Me Out just last week. And while that experience didn’t lead to love, this new show might.
He’s already won fans. “Dathan is so lovely!!!” wrote one Take Me Out viewer last week.

Dathan seems to be looking for fame. On the talent website Starnow.co.uk, he writes that he wants to “become a household name in all industries.”
He describes himself as an “aspiring model, actor and TV personality.” He’s also a fitness consultant.
“I’m hoping to break into the industry through hard work, determination and my unique personality and look,” he adds.
“I want to build my profile up.”

Dathan’s striking looks have led to him being compared to Chelsea footballer David Luiz.
On Love Island, contestants pair up in a bid to avoid being voted out of the villa.
The public then decides which of the final three couples should win the impressive £50,000 prize.

The popular ITV2 show returns on 5 June, the same day as Celebrity Big Brother. Last year the show hit the headlines when contestant Zara Holland was stripped of her Miss Great Britain title after performing a sex act.
Last year’s Love Island winners, Nathan Massay and Cara De La Hoyde, have already split – but Cara is pregnant with Nathan’s baby.
