Fans compare the presenter's clothes to a sweet treat

Another day, another load of people losing their minds on Twitter over what Holly Willoughby is daring to wear.

However today – among the usual barrage of ‘you’ve lost too much weight’ and ‘we preferred you with curves’ – fans of the This Morning presenter joked that she’d gone to work dressed as a Liquorice Allsort.

Holly often uploads her OOTD (outfit of the day) to Instagram to which she tends to get a mixed bag (no pun intended) in the way of reviews from her 2.8 million strong followers.

Today, Holly uploaded a picture of herself wearing a fluffy pink jumper tucked into a leather mini skirt teamed with season-appropriate black tights and boots.

She captioned the image: “Think pink… today’s look on @thismorning skirt by @insidejigsaw knitwear by @marksandspencer #autograph boots by @topshop #hwstyle.”

Fans then flocked to Holly’s Instagram feed to pay the presenter compliments on her look.

One commented that she ‘looked amazing’ whilst another wrote, ‘Love, love, love the whole outfit. I want it!’ with one eagle-eyed fan adding that the jumper had already sold out online.

But quite a few of her followers drew comparisons to Barbie…

We assume the Liquorice Allsort springing to mind is the popular pink coconut roll which is a good choice, but not as good as the blue bobbly one. Everyone knows that’s the best.
