Anne Hegerty’s The Chase co-star Mark Labbett issued a warning to Noel Edmonds ahead of his arrival in the I’m A Celebrity jungle.
Quizzer Anne – who has Asperger’s syndrome – has had a tough time so far on the show after breaking down in tears on the first day before quitting a Bushtucker Trial a couple of days later after it all became too much for her.
TV veteran Noel has already ruffled a few feathers as he arrived in the jungle on Thursday night and Mark shared a post to Twitter to warn Noel not to cause any trouble with his friend Anne.

It comes after Mark admitted he felt guilty voting for Anne to do a Bushtucker trial earlier this week.
He thought the “mental challenge” would suit his friend’s skills and give her a boost after she threatened to quit the show just hours after entering the jungle at the weekend.
Speaking on Loose Women on Wednesday, Mark admitted: “I’ve got a confession to make, I kind of talked her into it [doing the show]. I feel even more guilty after voting for her on that trial.
“Foolish me, when they said ‘mental challenge’ I thought: ‘Perfect for Anne, throw her in, she’s really good under that kind of test conditions.’”
He added: “I should have realised, with it being the jungle, it would be more than solving a problem, it would be slime et cetera.”
On an episode of the ITV show earlier this week, Anne quit a Bushtucker trial after suffering under a deluge of slime and six kilos of mealworms.
The 60-year-old was competing to win meals for the campers and managed to get two of the stars on offer before the trial became too much, saying: “I’m sorry, I can’t do it anymore.”
Meanwhile, on Thursday night’s show, Deal or No Deal presenter Noel headed into the jungle and, it’s fair to say, it was certainly a dramatic entrance.
And he’s already caused tension after clashing with John Barrowman and winding up Rita Simons.
Sharing his thoughts on Noel’s arrival on Twitter, Mark tweeted: “Not enjoying this twist, it has become a naff form of Noel’s jungle house party #imaceleb #teamanne. Hope Anne leads the slave revolt.”
