Reality TV star Marnie Simpson and Casey Johnson are expecting a bundle of joy – and they’ve just revealed the gender.
The former Geordie Shore star,27, and X Factor boyband singer, 24, held a gender reveal party for their friends and family.
After it was rumoured they were expecting twins, the party was carefully orchestrated to give nothing away until the big reveal.

A marquee was decorated with gold and white balloons and a lavish flower wall.

And Casey finally revealed all by letting off a cannon of blue confetti – symbolising a baby boy.
OK! Magazine captured the spirited celebration and Marnie told the publication she was absolutely thrilled with the outcome.
“I was genuinely so shocked. I just screamed and said: “Oh my God, it’s a boy! I didn’t think I would produce a boy,” she said.
“When I first found out I was pregnant I told my mum and Casey’s auntie and cousin that I wanted a boy, but after that I was so scared to say it out loud because I never get any luck.

“Everyone I spoke to said they thought we were having a girl so I convinced myself I wanted a girl. Deep down I wanted a boy all along. It’s made me so excited for the birth,” she added.
Casey said he was “over the moon” and had always wanted a son.
“I wanted a boy first and a girl next,” he said. “It’s brought us even closer together. We want two or three children altogether,” he said.
And the gender reveal party included a few famous faces.
Lauren Goodger, Sophie Kasaei, Chloe Ferry and Holly Hagan all attended.
Lauren claimed she already suspected the young couple were having a baby boy.
“I can just tell by looking at them. I look at people’s bodies and I know. I’m just so happy for them,” she said.

Marnie and Casey met two years ago on MTV’s Single AF, and have been sharing their loved-up shenanigans on social media ever since.
Their son is due October of this year.
