Comedian Katherine Ryan, 41, has revealed that she’s pregnant with her fourth baby – her third with husband Bobby Kootstra.
Katherine – who appeared on The Masked Singer as Pigeon in 2023 – is already mum to son Fred, three, daughter Fenna, two, with her husband Bobby, as well as 15-year-old Violet from a previous relationship.

Katherine Ryan pregnant
Prior to sharing her happy news with Hello!, the star admitted that she was keen to try for baby number four.
“It’s not that surprising that over-40 women have fewer follicles than we once did,” she said on the U+W TV show At Home With Katherine Ryan. “But we talk a lot about male fertility as well, which is on a steep decline. But I would still like a fourth baby.
“We are so blessed to have the kids that we do have. Having children is not for everyone, but I personally really like making people. I think it’s a superpower, if you can do it.”

Fertility struggles
The star has also spoken openly about her fertility struggles. Last year she also revealed she’d suffered three miscarriages in five years.
Katherine first gave a hint that she was pregnant while making an appearance on her daughter Violet’s TikTok page last week. There, she could be seen in the background of the clip with what looked like a baby bump.
Then, this week, Katherine was appearing at an event in London, where she wore a form-fitting nude dress that showed off her bump. Her reps have confirmed that she is now expecting baby number four.

Skin cancer diagnosis
The happy news comes months after Katherine shared her skin cancer diagnosis after raising concerns about a mole on her arm. It was the second time she’d been diagnosed with the disease.
She shared on her podcast: “The mole kept changing. I know a lot about melanoma, I had stage two melanoma as a very young woman – aged 21 – on my leg, I’ve spoken about that before. But even when he [the doctor] looked at it, he was like: ‘t’s not melanoma, it’s totally fine, I will do a shave and send it away for testing.'”
The star was called back and told is was, in fact, cancerous.
Updating fans, she shared: “It’s all fine, it’s not a big deal. There’s no battle. The battle is done. I had a mole removed. It came back melanoma, very early melanoma. It’s fine.”
