Gemma Atkinson is on the countdown to the arrival of her first child with Gorka Marquez yesterday and she celebrated with friends and family at her baby shower yesterday.
She’s now shared pictures from the gorgeous event, thanking guests for sharing the special day with her.

There were on-trend see-through balloons marked ‘Baby Marquez’.
Some glorious cupcakes, following a classy silver-grey and white colour scheme.
Guests were also treated to some heavenly looking brownies, Victoria sponge and banana cake.
Gemma thanked her guests for coming with a sweet message on Instagram.
The popular actress-presenter posed with balloons and cakes – pictures that she’ll now be able to treasure for a lifetime.
Yesterday, ahead of the baby shower, Gemma joked her upcoming new arrival is already ‘spoilt’.
The 34-year-old ex-Emmerdale fave revealed her child with Strictly Come Dancing star Gorka has already received “loads of gifts” ahead of the birth.
She spoke of her excitement about celebrating with her guests yesterday during a social media broadcast on Instagram Stories.

“It has come round so quick,” Gemma enthused, breathlessly.
Adding she was unsure what activities the baby shower might include, she continued: “No idea what’s happening. The girls have arranged it and I’m just turning up. I know it’ll be great because they’re great.”
Keeping her calm but clearly moved, Gem added her family would be participating and were waiting for her downstairs – but partner Gorka is away performing on his dance tour.
“Trying not to get emotional!” she said, taking deep breaths.

“But not long now and baby Marquez will be here.”
Joking she would be missing out on some aspects of the festivities due to her condition, Gemma continued: “Baby’s already spoilt with loads of gifts!”
She added: “[However,] I can’t drink and none of the gifts are for me!”
Just a few hours before addressing her 1 million Instagram followers, Gemma posted an adorable clip of her baby shifting about inside her – and making it appear as if they were ‘fist bumping’ her as tapped her stomach.
