Eileen left the cobbles two months ago after a dramatic showdown with her killer husband Pat Phelan, who ended up dead.
She and Pat’s daughter Nicola set off for a new life in Bristol, but the taxi operator returned last night (18 July) for good.
And she wasted no time telling Steve exactly what she thought about his engagement to ex-wife Tracy Barlow – her face said it all!

As Sue made her feelings clear about the situation – not to mention squatters Abi and Seb living in her house! – fans were quick to point out that Eileen looked quite different to when she left…
In fact, Eileen’s tan would put Donald Trump’s in the shade!
Which led fans to wonder just how sunny had it been in Bristol…?
One fan joked: “How sunny is it in Bristol, Eileen?!?!?!”

Some fans called out the fact that Eileen could have learnt all this news on a mobile phone, with one saying: “They obviously don’t have phones or internet access in Bristol either, why wouldn’t Eileen know all this?”
Another said: “Eileen is like some weirdo who hasn’t watched @itvcorrie for weeks and needs to catch up on all the gossip.”
Many more questioned her right to criticise Steve’s choice in women – bearing in mind she married a multiple murderer!

Well, they do have a good point Eileen…
Upcoming scenes show Steve’s overprotective friend go to even greater lengths to destroy his engagement to Tracy.
She’s already emotionally blackmailed Steve by saying she won’t kick Abi out on the streets, if he calls off his engagement…
But soon she will drag Dev Alahan into things when they stage an intervention.
Good luck Steve… You’re going to need it!
