Former Celebrity Big Brother star Dapper Laughs was rushed to the hospital this week after suffering a nasty accident on a stag do.
The controversial comedian – real name Daniel O’Reilly – shared his painful injury with his Instagram followers earlier this week.

Dapper Laughs rushed to hospital on stag do
Taking to Instagram earlier this week, Daniel, 40, revealed that he’d been rushed to the hospital after getting hurt on a stag do.
The 40-year-old comic embarked on a trip to Portugal with a few mates for the stag, which saw them hit the golf course.
However, it was during a tip to the golf course that Daniel hurt his back, meaning a trip to A&E was in order.
In a video for his 909k followers to see, Daniel explained that he was in hospital.
“I did not expect to end up here, A&E. [Bleeping] Portugal. I’ve hurt my back, I can’t speak because of the [bleep]ing pain, mate. It hurt my back bad,” he said.
The father-of-three continued. “I hit hard stand, twisted, left and right. I [bleep]ing came off the golf cart, didn’t I? But I did catch it on camera, have a look,” he said.
‘I did not expect to end up here’
“You can hear him say, I was at your ball over there, where he turns left while I’m hanging out on the right. And then, [bleep] me, you can hear the clicks in my back when I bend down to pick up my phone, like it’s just [bleep]ing snapped. They saw that as well, the clubhouse,” he added.
The star then shared a video of the incident, in which he, behind the camera, can be seen tumbling from the golf cart. Another clip shows his friend apologising as Daniel can be heard groaning in pain in the background about his back.
This isn’t the first time Daniel has had an accident involving a golf cart. The star shared some throwback clips of when he busted his ankle after crashing his cart.
He then shared a video of a nurse giving him an injection in his backside. Another clip showed him lying back onto a hospital bed in discomfort.
“I’m never playing golf again,” he said.
“How the only sober one on this stag do got hurt. Me and golf carts just don’t mix.., Praying I ain’t hurt myself,” he captioned the post.
Dapper Laughs’ fall from grace
Daniel shot to fame back in 2014 as a stand-up comedian. However, he fell from grace when a rape joke he made to an audience member at a gig led to widespread backlash.
In the wake of the controversy, his ITV show was not renewed, and he cancelled his tour.
In November 2014, he appeared on NewsNight, in which he announced he would be retiring the character of Dapper Laughs. However, a month later, he revived the character and announced a new tour.
In 2018, he appeared on Celebrity Big Brother and was the eighth housemate to be evicted. He courted controversy on the show at the time after making lewd comments about his female housemates, as well as a sexual joke about Ann Widdecombe.
