Celebrity Big Brother housemate Ben Jardine announced he was to become a father just two days before entering the house.
The Married At First Sight star told The Sun he was over the moon to be welcoming his first child, less than a year after splitting from wife Stephanie.
Ben found fame on the Channel 4 television experiment, Married At First Sight, which challenged total strangers to tie the knot.

He married Stephanie in front of the cameras last year – and insisted he genuinely wanted to find love – but they announced their split shortly afterwards, following claims he cheated.

Now, Ben is expecting a child with another woman, whom he has declined to identify in public, at the end of this year.
He told the newspaper: “I never thought it would happen to me. Everything happens for a reason.
“It’s going to make a man out of me and I’ll be a great dad.”
Ben entered the Celebrity Big Brother house on Thursday night.
The theme of this year’s show is Eye of the Storm, with all the housemates having weathered a media storm at some stage.
For Ben, it was (obviously) the fact he married a stranger and was then caught up in a cheating storm.
He said in his intro VT: “Someone showed me a bit of compassion, I showed them a bit of compassion and then she went round every paper and kiss and telled on me.

“Life has totally changed and it’s drama every day. It’s exhausting.
“I’ve been portrayed as a love rat but I don’t want to be portrayed as a love rat. I’m not a love rat. I’m a love mouse.”
CBB airs nightly at 9pm on Channel 5.
