The One Show viewers were sent into a frenzy last night – over presenter Matt Baker’s new facial hair!
The BBC host appeared to have ditched the razor over the Christmas break and revealed his new, rugged look on the show last night.

It was the first show of the year and viewers were even treated to dishy Grantchester actors James Norton and Tom Brittney on The One Show sofa, but it was Matt’s beard that stole the attention.
He looked rather coy as his co-host Alex Jones later said: “The hot topic is Matt’s beard.”
She added: “Some love it, some hate it! I love it, what do you think?”
Soon, his hairy face was managing to cause quite a stir on social media.
Some viewers went wild for the 41-year-old’s stubble, declaring he looked “hot”.
One tweeted: “Matt Baker’s beard… HELLO 😍😍😍 #theoneshow @BBCOne.”
While another added: “I’ve said many a time before how much I fancy Matt Baker but now he has a BEARD and it’s now a full blown love affair.”

But the star’s appearance also divided opinion with some saying he needed a good shave!
