Next week’s Coronation Street spoilers tease a potential reunion for Tyrone and Fiz when he defends her to snobby Mimi.
Fiz is finding it hard to cope with having Phill’s mum around all the time, particularly as she clearly disapproves of their relationship.
Every chance she gets, Mimi puts Fiz down, and Phill isn’t stepping in.
But when Mimi goes too far, Tyrone takes matters into her own hands.

Mimi is busy lording it over Fiz as they make plans for Phill’s big birthday bash.
She’s even ordered hideous dresses for them all to wear, and Phill says nothing.
Tyrone finds his ex drowning her sorrows at the Christmas market, where she shares her frustration over Mimi’s behaviour.

He tells her to hang in there as Phill’s a great guy, and he’s whisking them away for Christmas.
The news cheers Fiz up, but there’s worse ahead as the family congregate at Phill’s party.
A horrible surprise
It’s a nice occasion, but Mimi can’t help but be the centre of attention.
She asks everyone to gather while she makes her big announcement to Phill – she’s moving to Weatherfield.
Fiz is absolutely horrified and doesn’t know where to put herself, much to Ty’s dismay.
So, he takes Mimi into the kitchen and delivers some home truths.

Angry Tyrone tells Phill’s mum that her son is the luckiest man alive to be dating Fiz.
He rails at her for being so unkind and judgemental about such a lovely woman.
When they emerge, Mimi is mortified to realise her mic was on the whole time!
