Sue Radford shows off weight loss
In an Instagram post shared on Tuesday (February 3), Sue showed off her weight loss while wearing a black sports bra and leggings.
While taking a selfie in the mirror, Sue was glowing as she appeared proud of her achievement.
In the following slides, the reality star shared a series of snaps of herself over the years before her transformation.
‘I honestly love going to the gym now’
“After watching the programme on Sunday night, I found myself looking back at old photos of myself. Sometimes you really do have to look back to see just how far you’ve come,” she wrote in her caption.
“I remember these pictures being taken and feeling so uncomfortable. I was the heaviest I’d ever been and hated looking in the mirror. That was my turning point, I realised needed to completely change my lifestyle.”
While opening up about how she achieved the results, Sue added: “We were eating at least a few takeaways a week and snacking constantly. Changing that, cutting out sugar and mindless snacks, hasn’t been easy but I’m so proud of how far I’ve come.”
She concluded: “I’m definitely not going back. I honestly love going to the gym now, that’s something I’d never thought I’d say.”

‘Lots of you have been asking what I’m taking’
While changing her diet, Sue has denied using weight-loss jabs. However, she has admitted to taking Vegavero Berberine tablets, which are a supplement that contains 97 percent berberine.
“Lots of you asking what I’m taking so here’s the link for you,” Sue wrote on her Instagram Story while sharing a link and photo of the tablets.
They contain fermented black garlic, piperine and chromium. Influencers have dubbed the supplement berberine “nature’s Ozempic.”
