Meghan Markle gave fans an intimate peek into her recent New York trip with Prince Harry, and one clip has social media swooning: Harry in grey sweatpants.
In an Instagram Reel shared on Monday (October 13), the Duchess of Sussex reflected on their recent visit to the Big Apple, posting a montage of candid moments from the trip.

Set to Dinah Washington’s “If I Were A Bell,” the video begins with airplane views and NYC-themed cookies before cutting to snapshots of travel life, including Meghan’s sock-clad feet and a wardrobe of chic blazers and heels.
But the moment that truly set the internet ablaze? A blink-and-you-miss-it clip of Prince Harry, barefoot in the doorway, beaming at Meghan while dressed in a grey T-shirt and matching grey sweatpants.
The casual, off-guard glimpse of the duke sent fans into an absolute tailspin online.
“I don’t know, there’s just something so sexy about looking up and seeing your man standing there in grey sweatpants, grinning from ear to ear as he watches you dress,” one fan posted alongside a screenshot of the moment.
“Harry has never looked sexier tbh,” another wrote. “I LOVE the T-shirt and sweatpants! That’s a man in love.”
“I love a man in grey sweats,” said one user, while another chimed in: “Erm… grey sweatpants? Hello!”
“He’s sooooo smitten with her, it’s cute,” a fan gushed.
Social media quickly became flooded with appreciation for the couple’s easy chemistry.

The rest of the reel shows the couple preparing for their appearances at the Project Healthy Minds’ World Mental Health Day Gala on October 9, and the World Mental Health Day Festival on October 10.
Meghan filmed herself doing makeup at a vanity, then cut to the duo holding hands and smiling during the gala, where they were honoured as Humanitarians of the Year.
Dressed in coordinating black outfits, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were also seen laughing together backstage.
Harry and Meghan’s appearances in New York
Meghan also shared behind-the-scenes moments from the festival panels. Harry introduced the session titled, “Thriving or Surviving: How Are Young People Doing in the Digital Age?”. Meanwhile, Meghan spoke on the panel about rewiring childhood and reversing the global mental health crisis.
Of course, no NYC trip is complete without indulging, and Meghan didn’t leave that out. The reel included shots of half-eaten pizza boxes (New York-style, naturally), and even a split-second clip of singer Ed Sheeran, who reportedly had dinner with the couple at Soho House on October 12.
She captioned the post: “Until the next time, NYC – thanks for the memories! (You really know how to charm a gal).”
During their trip, the couple also reportedly made time for a lunch with long-time friend Serena Williams. PEOPLE reported that the trio dined together at Soho House on October 10. Meghan and Serena’s friendship dates back to 2014, and the pair have remained close ever since.
The following day, on October 11, Meghan was spotted enjoying a solo outing at Kappo Masa, where she met up with a friend. The duchess was photographed leaving the upscale restaurant wearing a chic gray jacket layered over an all-black outfit. Her dark hair was pulled back into a sleek ponytail.
