Going topless can result in punishments such as paying a large fine or imprisonment.

And it looks like Pricey could face any of these after being papped showing off her boobs in the Indian ocean.

Speaking to The Sun the Maldives Police Service said: “This is not allowed, and if it is true and a complaint is made the local station will start to investigate.

“This is against the law and we take these allegations very seriously.”

The 38-year-old has been staying at the luxury resort with her hubby Kieran Hayler and her five children.

The TV personality has now been blasted for her revealing antics with some claiming she should of known the rules before visiting as the Foreign Office offers clear advise for tourists.

The Foreign Office gives UK travellers advise before visiting the tropical getaway by stating: “Local laws reflect the fact that Maldives is an Islamic country.

“Serious violations of local laws may lead to a prison sentence.

“Nudism and topless sunbathing are not allowed anywhere, including on resort islands.”

It looks like Katie didn’t read the rules before jetting off!

In other news Katie has launched a petition to make online trolling a “criminal offense”.

The Loose Women panelist launched the campaign after her son Harvey came under fire with online bullies.

Katie wrote: “This petition is an important topical issue and I want it to help bring justice to everyone who has ever suffered at the hands of trolls.”
