After a trip to the doctors, Scarlett was left shocked when she was told she was clinically obese and at risk of type 2 diabetes.
She said at the time: “I have been tested for diabetes because my BMI puts me in the danger zone.
“‘It was a real scare and I know I need to sort myself out and lose weight.”
