The picturesque setting showed the family of five moving along a path next to a canal in the sunshine.

Their two eldest, Isabelle, nine, and Ace, seven, were riding their own bikes, as Matt, 36, had their three-year-old daughter Trixie strapped into a seat on his bike.

Emma captioned the snap with: “What bank holidays were made for ❤️.”

Fans loved getting a glimpse of her family life, as Emma doesn’t often post pictures when she’s on mummy duty.

“Great pic Emma. ♥️,” wrote one of her followers.

She told the publication: “The stat that shocked me the most was 80 per cent of 10-year-old girls have been on a diet.

“Having a daughter around 10 myself, that is shocking. I think back to when I was 10, and I was just playing in the mud. Not watching other people and thinking about diets.”
