Strictly Come Dancing fans are in hysterics after Claire Richards was introduced as ‘Claire from Steps’ by her bandmate Faye Tozer.
Singer Claire visited her popstar bandmate during rehearsals but when Faye told viewers in a VT that ‘Claire from Steps’ had joined her, they couldn’t stop laughing.
One said: “I’m very here for Faye from Steps referring to Claire from Steps as “Claire from Steps” #Strictly”
A second tweeted: “How lovely is Claire from steps I want her to be my best friend. I also love that even people who were also in steps call her Claire from steps #strictly”
Another added: “@Rylan love how @_ClaireRichards official name is now Claire from Steps! Faye just called her that on strictly haha that was your doing xxx”

Danny John Jules and Amy performed the Viennese Waltz and Steps star Faye Tozer and Giovanni danced a Rumba.
Cricket legend Graeme Swan and partner Oti did the Jive while YouTube star Joe Sugg performed the Cha Cha.

Newsreader Kate Silverton and partner Alijaz did the Samba, television presenter Katie Piper performed the Jive with partner Gorka and Lauren Steadman and AJ danced the Quickstep.
Documentary maker Stacey Dooley took on the Foxtrot with her partner Kevin while DJ Vick Hope and Fraziano performed the Quickstep.
Fans also tuned in to watch Seann Walsh and Katya perform a Charleston for the first time since they were forced to apologise to their partners for their drunken kiss together.
