Good Morning Britain’s Susanna Reid got her co-host Piers Morgan all hot under the collar on the show this morning.
After Piers labelled monobrow model Sophia Hadjipanteli “weirdly beguiling”, the 53-year-old anchor asked the show’s graphics team to work their monobrow magic on himself and co-hosts Susanna, 48, and Charlotte Hawkins, 43.

As an image of the trio sporting the other unusual facial hair flashed up on screen, Piers swooned at Susanna: “Yes, yes. Wow, that is hot.”
He continued: “I’m not kidding you, you come alive to me with those monobrows.”
Quick-witted Susanna fired back: “That’s why I pluck, Piers.”
Later in the show, Piers told viewers he was uploading the snap in Instagram, a move which Susanna labelled a “desperate attempt to make us look like a couple”.
“It’s actually a hot picture,” Piers retorted, while Charlotte asked why she’d been cropped out of the shot.

“There were three of us in this marriage. It’s a bit crowded, so I elbowed you out,” Piers laughed.
“Can’t you elbow me out and just have a picture of you and Charlotte as a hot couple?” Susanna, who is dating Crystal Palace FC chairman Steve Parish, asked.
Piers, who is married to Celia Walden, quipped: “You always protest too much.”
“People genuinely think we’re in a relationship and now you are going to make things worse,’ Susanna added. “There’s nothing hot about that picture.”

While Piers was full of praise for Susanna’s new look, he thought he looked like Kim Jong-un’s “weird sinister little nephew” with his new monobrow, while Susanna said she looked like “a Kardashian’s ugly twin”.
Piers disagreed, having the last word on the subject: “Honestly, that has brought your face to life,” he said.
