All change on the ITV skating show…

| Updated:

Dancing on Ice will return to our screens in January 2024, with four new additions added to the pro skater line-up.

Over the weekend, Dancing on Ice revealed that professional skater Matt Evers is leaving the show. And, with big skates to fill, the full line-up of professional skaters for the upcoming series has now been confirmed.

Vanessa Bauer, Colin Grafton, Mark Hanretty, Brendyn Hatfield, Sylvain Longchambon, Tippy Packard, Andy Buchanan and Robin Johnstone will all be returning to the show.

And four new additions will join to spice up next year’s series.

Dancing On Ice 2024: Meet the new pros

Amani Fancy

National two-time world champion Amani Fancy, 26, will be joining the 2024 line-up. Born in London, she bagged her first bronze medal in 2015 and later pro-skated her way to fame on the German version of Dancing On Ice.

Vanessa James

Born in Canada, Vanessa, now 36, has represented both France and Canada at national level. In 2022 she won bronze at the World Figure Skating Championships in France.

Annette Dytrt

German former competitive figure skater Annette is also joining the show. Now retired, the 40 year old has also competed internationally for the Czech Republic.

Simon Proulx-Sénécal

Simon, 31, is a Canadian-born ice dancer who, before signing up for Dancing On Ice, competed alongside Tina Garabedian for Armenia. As a child he had a love for ice hockey, before switching disciplines.

Matt’s shock departure

But while fans will no doubt be excited to welcome the newcomers to the Dancing On Ice 2024 line-up, many will be sad to see fan-favourite pro Matt Evers exit.

Matt told The Sun that he has had some “incredible partners” over the years. “I’ve had some incredible partners over the years and we have created some fantastic TV moments! I mean who can forget that fall from Gemma [Collins], or the wardrobe malfunction from Pamela [Anderson]!” he reminisced.

Meanwhile, Matt’s departure comes after the exit of Gogglebox star Stephen Webb after he sustained the injury during training. His exit from the show comes just weeks after ITV unveiled him as the seventh celebrity to join the series.
