A Big Brother UK star has been rushed to hospital for life-saving surgery over the weekend.
The star took to Instagram to confess that she was “so scared” as she updated fans from her hospital bed.

Yesterday (Sunday, October 22) former Big Brother star Lateysha Grace revealed that she had been rushed to the hospital for “life-saving surgery”.
Lateysha may be familiar to those who watched the 2016 series of Big Brother. The Welsh star – who also appeared in all three series of MTV’s The Valleys – was the ninth housemate to be evicted. The likes of Andrew Tate and Marco Pierre White Jr were also in the house with her that year.
Lateysha shared news of her hospital dash with her one million followers on Instagram yesterday.
The star uploaded three posts to her story for her followers to see.

In the first snap on her story, Lateysha shared a picture of her hospital bed.
“Life comes at you so fast, about to go down for life-saving surgery, I’m so scared right now. Please pray for me,” she captioned the first snap.
The 30-year-old’s second snap was a picture of her two children. “My babies. I love them so much,” she wrote.
The third picture on Lateysha’s story showed she had been hooked up to two cannulas in her hospital bed.
“Thank you for everyone’s well wishes,” she wrote. “I appreciate you all so much. My op went well thank the lord these last 24hrs have been traumatising. I can’t wait to get home to my girls. I can’t thank to drs and nurses enough. They are truly angels.
“I’m going to take a little break to process what’s gone one. Again thank you I love you all xx,” she then added.
Fans leap to AJ Odudu’s defence
In other Big Brother-related news, AJ Odudu was defended by fans after her presenting style was slammed during Friday’s eviciton.
Friday (October 20) saw Zak become the second housemate to leave the house.
However, it was AJ’s presenting style that got some viewers talking. Some branded her delivery “awkward” and “unnatural”. Others said that she “clashes” with her co-host, Will Best.
“Every time I watch #BBUK I pray that AJ will get better at presenting but she just isn’t getting it…It’s almost like she and Will are presenting a different show,” one fan tweeted. “Hate to say it. But I finally got tonight why people complain about AJ being awkward. It’s very clear Will is the better half,” another said.
However, other fans were quick to defend the star. “Seeing a lot of AJ slander and it will NOT stand. Got it? Good,” one tweeted.
“Y’all need to back off on AJ! I bloody love her – even if she trips up on her words sometimes. And those outfits are… chef’s kiss,” another said.
