Gareth Gates and Faye Brookes looked to be more than best friends as they enjoyed a swanky dinner last night.
Both celebs shared a cute selfie looking cosy together on their Instagram accounts, with singer Gareth commenting: “Date night with my beautiful princess.”
And going by their Instagram Stories posts, they’ve put the time in at the gym together today, with the super-fit pair working off the calories from their meal at the upmarket Holmes Mill restaurant in Lancashire.

But newspaper reports claimed they reconciled earlier this month after the pair celebrated Halloween together.
He described her as his “best friend” in a pic of them dressed up in glittery costumes.
And although neither has explicitly mentioned a reunion in public or on social media, it seems they are very much part of each other’s lives.
As well as Instagram Stories images showing him tucking into a steak and a plate of scallops on their table in the restaurant’s imposing and high-ceilinged dining room, they have both shared clips of their workouts from this morning.

One swift video posted by Gareth showed Kate Connor actress Faye surrounded by hearts as she ran on a treadmill thanks to a social media platform filter.
Another brief vid uploaded to her account recorded him providing words of encouragement and high-fiving her as she completed gruelling exercises.
And according to The Sun, Faye pulled out of a potential appearance on I’m A Celebrity as part of their efforts to make a go of it again.
Fans on Twitter were overjoyed at the prospect of a reunion.
“It is so lovely to see you and Gareth back together,” said one.
“You are a beautiful couple. Love you both,” added another.
