Nose reconstruction

Following an addiction to cocaine in the 1990s, Danniella’s septum collapsed, and she has had a nose reconstruction.

In her 2006 book, The Other Side of Nowhere, she revealed she had to replace her eroded septum and columella.

In the autobiography, Danniella said she tried the drug for the first time when she was 14 and that she turned to drugs after suffering from child abuse.

Danniella Westbrook’s many boob jobs

According to the actress, Danniella has had at least seven boob jobs throughout her life.

During an appearance on Channel 5’s Celebrity Botched Up Bodies, she revealed she went from a 34B to a 34D. However, she decided to go up again to a 34DD.

I’d like to say that I wouldn’t have plastic surgery again in the future, but I probably would.

When she decided to go larger, Danniella admitted she was warned by her doctor, but still insisted she wanted them to look like “huge footballs”.

“He said: ‘This isn’t going to look right, you’re too small, your body frame’s not right.’ But I didn’t care, I literally begged him to do it,” she said.

Liposuction on her knees

During an interview with The Sun in 2018, Danniella disclosed that she’s had surgery she never needed, including liposuction on my knees.

“I’ve had cosmetic surgery I haven’t needed, including seven boob jobs, an eye lift, a face lift, Botox and liposuction on my knees,” she told the newspaper.

“I’d like to say that I wouldn’t have plastic surgery again in the future, but I probably would,” Danniella added.

Screws instead of teeth

Danniella has suffered from a bout of osteoporosis, which is a health condition that weakens bones. As a result, the former Celebrity Big Brother contestant was left with screws instead of teeth as her cheekbones “wasted away”.

Danniella said this happened following a botched surgical procedure in 2015.

She’s also revealed she wears a whole denture that sits on the roof of her mouth.

“They need to take a piece of bone out of my skull and put a plate into my face but they’ve got nothing to stick the plate on at the minute because the bone’s not strong enough,” she told the Mirror in 2018.

During her time in the CBB house, Danniella was rushed to have emergency treatment out of the house on her teeth after she was dealing with awful pain.

“The bone hadn’t closed around the screws so they took me out of the house three times to a dentist, which they’re not meant to, because the pain was so bad,” she said.

Unfortunately, she was so ill, she was left with septicaemia. She was left in hospital for seven weeks.

“I did nearly die, I had two lots of IV drips in each side and then they took all my teeth out again and gave me this denture which has broken my heart because I didn’t need all of my teeth out in the first place,” she said.

A rib inserted into her cheek to rebuild her confidence

In 2022, Danniella explained she wanted to have her rib put into her cheek to help reconstruct her face. The 51-year-old actress also said she wanted to have the procedure to also boost her confidence.

“I hate the way I look. I’m constantly made fun of, and trolled for it,” she told The Sun.

“People message me, saying: ‘You’re so ugly, you’re a junkie, you should just go and kill yourself.’ I’ve also had messages saying they are glad I’m not coming back to EastEnders because no one wants me scaring their kids on the telly.”

Danniella continued: “I’ve got to a point where looking like this upsets me, so I’m going to make a change — not because of what others think but so I can be happy with the way I am.”

She also noted the procedure will “change the way I look but also help my breathing and sinus issues”.

1,200 threads in face for fifth facial reconstruction surgery

In 2023, Danniella jetted off to Turkey for her fifth facial reconstruction surgery. While speaking to OK!, she revealed she underwent a surgical thread lift.

“I had a surgical thread lift where they put over 1,200 threads into my face,” Danniella said. “They were also supposed to reconstruct my nose, which is what I went there for, but they haven’t done that. They put 200 threads in my nose to straighten it, but it hasn’t worked. So I feel like I’ve wasted my time.”

Danniella also announced she had a fat transfer. She explained: “They’ve taken the fat out of my back, my sides and my stomach, and put it into my face to make it more symmetrical.” Unfortunately, she regretted having the surgery, stating the results were nothing but a “living nightmare”.

Danniella rebuilds face again

Last month, Danniella shared with her Instagram followers that she had gone under the knife again to reconstruct her face.

She shared a snapshot of herself in the hospital wearing a robe on her Story. While her face wasn’t visible, she was captured sitting down holding her bare knuckle fighter boyfriend, Charlie Symonds, hand.

“Big day for me. Heading down for a very long surgery right now to rebuild my face,” she wrote. “Then I can get back to work and we can get on with our life together @chaserealtalk. I love you x.”

Weeks later, Danniella showed off the results in another Story where she appeared in good health.

“Big update from today’s hospital check-up – and it’s one filled with gratitude and hope,” she wrote on Monday (June 30).

Danniella continued: “It’s no secret that I’ve struggled with mental health and self-image over the years. This journey hasn’t been just been about physical healing, but emotional rebuilding too.

“Today, I got the amazing news that I’m officially clear to move on to stage 2 of my recovery. Despite a rough patch with an infection (which was a known risk), my doctors are happy with how everything’s going – and that means everything to me.”
