It won’t be long before Dancing On Ice 2024 is on our screens and the full line-up has now been confirmed.
The new season of the hit ITV show will air early next year – and now all the celebs taking part have been confirmed.
So who’s who? Read on and we’ll tell you!
Dancing On Ice 2024: Eddie ‘the Eagle’ Edwards
Following the departure of Gogglebox star Stephen Webb, Dancing On Ice announced on Wednesday (October 25) that Eddie ‘the Eagle’ Edwards will be joining the line-up.
In a statement, Eddie said: “It’s bittersweet as whilst I’m delighted to be taking part in the new series I’m gutted for Stephen and wish him a speedy recovery. Dancing On Ice is a show I’ve always wanted to do. It’s a challenge I think I’m going to relish!”

Dancing On Ice 2024: Roxy Shahidi
From the Dales to the ice, Emmerdale star Roxy Shahidi completed the Dancing On Ice 2024 line-up.
“C’mon Roxy!!!” actor Joe Warren-Plant said. “Amazing news!!!!” said another Emmerdale fan of the Leyla Harding actress. “Incredible news, you’re going to be so amazing Roxy,” a third then said. “OMG my fave actress from Emmerdale,” another then added.
Ryan Thomas joins the line-up
Former Coronation Street hunk Ryan Thomas became the latest star to join the Dancing On Ice line-up when he was announced on Steph’s Packed Lunch on October 6.
“Bringing suave style to his skates, welcome Ryan Thomas to the ice!” said the DOI Instagram account.
Fans were quick to react – and they’re thrilled. “Yay – now this is gonna be good,” said one. Another added: “Omg Omg really this is amazing.” A third commented: “STOP IT. This probably has to be the best Dancing On Ice line-up.”
Dancing On Ice 2024: Adele Roberts
Lorraine Kelly announced the 10th contestant joining the line-up on her show on October 5.
DJ Adele Roberts, who has fought back from bowel cancer, is the latest star to join the line-up.
She told Lorraine: “Two years ago today I’d just been diagnosed with bowel cancer. I didn’t know if I was going to live or die. To think that two years on I’m sat here talking about Dancing On Ice, it’s the greatest feeling in the world.”
EastEnders icon joins Dancing On Ice line-up
The ninth star to join the line-up was announced on Loose Women on October 4 – and he’s an EastEnders legend.
Joining the panelists, Fatboy star Ricky Norwood announced he was joining the 2024 editing of the skating show: “I’m very excited. Very scared. It’s come at such a great time in life.” Can he skate? Linda Robson asked. “No, not at all,” Ricky revealed. “It was something that scared me and it’s a massive challenge and I think we all grow when we do something that scares us.”
Fans appeared thrilled. “Fatboy!” declared one. “Oh my God!” another then said.
Lou Sanders
Early in October, the eighth star taking part in Dancing On Ice became announced.
Comedian and author Lou Sanders is the latest celeb confirmed to be taking part in the show.
Speaking to Nihal Arthanayake on Radio Five Live today, she said: “I’m nervous about cracking my head open, or just bashing the old head.
“I can’t afford to lose any more brain cells. I’m also worried about my partner picking me up, he’s going to have to be very strong and very brave.”
“Ok I know her!!” one fan said on social media. “This is unexpected, but welcome,” another said. “Who are these people,” a third said.
Dancing on Ice contestants 2024: Miles Nazaire
Made In Chelsea star Miles Nazaire became the sixth celebrity confirmed to be taking part in the new series of Dancing on Ice.
Revealing the news exclusively via social media, Miles said: “I’ve always loved to dance but it’s usually on a dance floor on a Saturday night and Dancing on Ice looks so difficult. I keep thinking about how I’m going to need to have rhythm while balancing on a thin blade and that’s when I feel the nerves kick in, but this is such an unbelievable opportunity to get totally out of my comfort zone.”
Fans were entirely thrilled at the signing, flooding social media with swooning flame emojis. One said: “OMG about to become Dancing On Ice’s biggest fan!” Another added: “This is amazing! The line-up so far is brilliant. Can’t wait to watch you.” A third added: “If I didn’t watch before – I do now.”
Dancing On Ice contestants: Greg Rutherford signs up
Olympic champion and presenter Greg Rutherford MBE became the fifth celebrity confirmed to be taking part in the new series of Dancing on Ice.
Revealing the news exclusively on Good Morning Britain on October 2, Greg said: “My kids love dancing around so hopefully they are going to enjoy watching me dance with blades on my feet! I think this is going to be a really different experience but one that will be quite exciting.”
He then added: “I like a challenge and I needed a reason to go out and do stuff again and here we are – I want to perform something that’s never been done before, that’s my aim. I’ll go 100,000% on this. I’ll try hard, I’m in no way expecting to be good but I will work as hard as I can.”
Viewers appeared thrilled that Greg has signed up. One said: “Oh fantastic can’t wait for this series.” Another added: “Yay! Can’t wait to see this.” A third then said: “Wow. Taking a different leap of faith. Welcome to the ice.” “So excited, adore him! He also did better on Strictly that he he letting on! That halloween rhumba was mesmerising!” said another. Greg appeared on Strictly back in 2016.
However, not everyone was as thrilled, with one commenting: “These athletic people have a massive, unfair advantage over everybody else.”
Amber Davies
Love Island star Amber Davies is the fourth celebrity taking part. She said on Lorraine: “I’ve been in this Dancing On Ice bubble and today it feels real.
“Now I can’t go back. It’s happening!”
She then added: “I can count on one hand how many times I’ve actually ice-skated.”
Dancing On Ice 2024: Third contestant announced
GMB’s Richard Arnold shared the news as S Club 7 star Hannah Spearritt will join the new series.
In a pre-recorded message, Hannah said: “Hello Good Morning Britain, I’ve got a little secret. Something I’m very excited about. I’m going to be on Dancing On Ice in 2024.
“I’m very excited so I’m going to keep you updated on my training and I’m going to have some fun!” she then added.

Second Dancing On Ice star announced
The second star taking part in Dancing On Ice 2024 was announced on This Morning last month.
Claire will take part in the show when it returns next year. Speaking to Ben Shephard and Holly Willoughby, the Coronation Street star revealed that she is “excited” and “scared” to be taking to the ice early next year.
“I’m really looking forward to going to an ice rink with my son and actually being able to skate and not have to use the penguins they give you to help you stay upright,” she said.
“I’ve had to wear my boots around the house… I haven’t stepped on the ice yet,” she then added. She also revealed that the only person she’s told about her new gig was her son.
Claire revealed that the ideal song that she wants to skate to is Diamonds Are Forever by Shirley Ballas. She later said that she was “stepping into the unknown” performing on DOI, despite her performing past.
“I guessed right Gorgeous @clairesweeney #ThisMorning all the best,” one fan tweeted.
First star announced!
This Morning announced the first Dancing On Ice 2024 star. As revealed by Holly and Ben, former boxer Ricky Hatton will take to the ice early next year!
The ex-boxer, 44, sat down with the duo to discuss his upcoming appearance on the show.
“Hello, Ricky Hatton! I’m so excited to get you on the rink!” Holly said. “I wish I shared your confidence,” Ricky then replied.
Ricky was then asked by Holly and Ben why he wanted to do Dancing On Ice.
“Set new challenges for yourself. It’s well documented that I struggled with retirement when I retired from boxing and I’m doing my little bit now for mental health,” he then said.
“Try and keep yourself busy and feel the hours in your day. When I retired I was sat with nothing to do and my world fell apart,” he then added.
He then said: “If I can hold my nerve in the boxing ring I should be able to hold my nerve in the ice rink. I like setting new challenges and keeping myself busy.”

Dancing On Ice will air on ITV1 and ITVX in 2024.
