Coronation Street’s Chesney Brown finds himself caught in a love triangle next week when he realises he has feelings for both Gemma and Emma.
The kebab shop worker has been harbouring secret feelings for best mate Gemma for months… in fact his attraction to the Rovers barmaid goes right back to when Gemma had a one night stand with Chesney’s brother-in-law, Tyrone, back in March.

Chesney has spent the last few weeks trying to make Gemma jealous by getting closer to hairdresser Emma, something that hasn’t worked so far thanks to a small matter of Gemma’s boyfriend, Spike.

But it looks like there is about to be a shift in the complicated love triangle next week when Spike is arrested for breaking in to the pizza shop.
The official Coronation Street website states: “There is a break in at the pizza shop and Spike is arrested. An angry Gemma accuses Chesney of shopping her boyfriend to the police!”
But that’s not the end of the drama. Whether Chesney did turn Spike over to the police or not remains to be seen, but that’s the lest of the fast-food worker’s worries when he realises he has growing feelings for Emma…
“In the Rovers, Chesney admits to Emma that despite his mission to make Gemma jealous, it is actually Emma he wants. What will she say?”
So with Emma and Chesney now on the cards – or should we say ‘Chemma’ – where does this leave Gemma?

It will soon be revealed whether Emma wants to take her friendship with Chesney any further, but if she does, will that be the final nail in the coffin for Gemma and Chesney’s potential romance?
Even if Gemma does realise that she is harbouring feelings for Ches, it looks like he’s moved on at last and she could have missed the boat.
