Coronation Street fans believe that Beverley Callard is returning to the ITV soap as Liz McDonald as she ‘begins filming.’
Taking to her TikTok page recently, Beverley excited fans by revealing that she’d been working on a project.
She then showed off her outfit, admitting that it had been a long time since she’d dressed up in that style…

In a recent video on the star’s social media page, Beverley could be seen wearing an all black, lycra number along with a zig-zag necklace.
She captioned the post: “Not the usual outfit… but filming calls for lycra! First time in ages rocking this look… but onto more pressing matters of making a proper cuppa & a biccie (priorities, right?) What do we think of the new vibe?”
The video then saw Beverley say: “Been filming this morning and, well, it’s not very often I wear lycra anymore and not so tasteful jewellery, but never mind.”
After noticing the similarities in Beverley’s outfit and Liz McDonald’s style, Coronation Street fans are now taking this as a ‘sign’ that Liz is on her way back to Weatherfield.

Fans are now hoping that the ‘filming’ in question was that of Coronation Street, with Liz McDonald making a potential comeback to the ITV soap after five years.
One fan wrote: “If Liz is back I’m watching again. Liz should’ve been the new landlady. Love Liz, she is the Peggy Mitchell of Corrie.”
Another spotted: “Liz did love a zig-zag necklace!”
A third person wondered: “Is Liz making an appearance again?”
A fourth follower shared: “Your character Liz wore a necklace of that design, could you be returning to the cobbles?”
