First and foremost, being the superb singers they are, they to ensure that when they are recording or performing live their vocals are tip top so as not to let their fans down.
But being in a sassy girl band isn’t just about pristine vocals.
It’s also about looking good.
And when the members of the band are as gorgeous as they are, then the lasses have to put in a bit of extra graft in to ensure they look as drop dead gorgeous as their bandmates.

As we’ve shown you many times before, Jesy Nelson is no stranger to posting sultry selfies showcasing an amazing hairdo or a faceful of gorgeously applied slap.
And yesterday we showed you amazing pics of Perrie Edwards looking stunning on holiday.
Now, not to be out done by her bandmates, Leigh-Anne Pinnock has shown off a sleek new hairstyle and cheekily flashed her cleavage in a saucy keyhole crop top in a new Instagram snap.
In the pic she can be seen squeezed into a Formula 1 inspired outfit which she and the girls wore on stage during a live show on the UK leg of their world tour.
She and the girls were back at work after a short break away and like Perrie documented her trip with a series of Instagram postcards.
And just like Perrie, Leigh-Anne seems to enjoy showing off her rather shapely tush in images that look weirdly like her bandmate’s holiday snaps.
In one shot Leigh-Anne can be seen taking a shower with her back to the camera.
While in another she is straddling a log.
In another she is lovingly wrapped around her gorgeous boyfriend Andre, whose birthday it was just before they jetted out to Marbella.
And in another she has whipped off as she wades in the sea.

But with her holiday now over, Leigh-Anne and the girls are hard at it and still have several UK dates to complete before heading Down Under for the next stage of their world tour.
