GMB viewers blasted the show today after it aired a segment about U.S. President Joe Biden and the Duchess of Cornwall.
Joe Biden allegedly ‘broke wind’ while chatting with Camilla Parker Bowles at the COP26 summit over the weekend.
The pair met at a reception at the Kelvingrove Art Gallery, where Prince Charles and the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were also in attendance.
According to reports, the President made things awkward when he broke wind in front of Camilla.
“It was long and loud and impossible to ignore,” the Mail on Sunday quoted a source as saying. “Camilla hasn’t stopped talking about it.”
As a result of the silly story hitting headlines, Martin Lewis and Susanna Reid couldn’t resist putting their two cents in.
The presenting duo couldn’t keep a straight face and ended up giggling through the segment on GMB.

GMB viewers criticise Duchess of Cornwall ‘fartgate’ segment
Some viewers were miffed by the entire thing, labelling Susanna and Martin as “childish” on Twitter.

“Does anybody else think that the discussion about President Biden ‘farting’ is ridiculously childish? Giggling fools? #GMB” questioned one annoyed viewer.
Another slammed the show entirely, saying: “Really? So this morning we have had a pointless 10 minute childish talk about farting, and we now have a debate about Christmas parties.
“Really? @GMB you never fail to amaze me with your pointless conversations.”
One added: “So @GMB managed to spend 6 or 7 minutes talking about @JoeBiden farting in front of Camilla. On the morning where the real news is #ToryCorruption.”
Others told Martin and Susanna to “grow up”.
One said: “Grow up FFS,” while another tweeted: “Grow up. Behaving like schoolkids.”
A third added: “I thought I was watching CBBC this morning with you lot banging on about breaking wind while I was eating my breakfast. Grow up.”
The alleged incident was first reported on Twitter. As a result, it quickly began to trend, where it was dubbed “fartgate”.
Joe Biden had already attracted attention at the climate conference after he was reportedly caught out falling asleep.
At one point, he was seen closing his eyes for almost 30 seconds. One of the President’s staff members then appeared to lean over and wake him up.
