Poor Katie Price has been left absolutely bereft after the unexpected death of her gorgeous dog Queenie.
The dog was allegedly hit by a delivery driver who left her and didn’t inform the family of the accident.
Katie took to Instagram this evening and posted a picture of her pet pooch that was given for her birthday in 2016 by husband Kieran Hayler.
She said: “I’m absolutely Devastated heartbroken my faithful loving family dogs life Queenie has been shortened as she was killed by a heartless delivery driver who ran into our dog seeing her struggle and drove off without telling us and left her to die.”
“Very disappointed a human being can be this heartless ! Security cameras show this and we have reported to police ! DEVASTATED is a understatement.”

The mum of five posted another shot of Queenie that said: “I’ll miss her so much.”
Kieran also posted his own tribute to the dog.
He said: “No words for what has happened but carrying her lifeless body last night will stay with me for the rest of my life!!! RIP queenie.”

The death of Queenie is another massive blow for Katie, who is still coming to terms with her mum being terminally ill
The 39-year-old revealed last year that her mum Amy has a terminal lung condition.
The model also went on to reveal that Amy was also on a lung transplant list, but Katie said she wasn’t holding out much hope for that for her mum.
She said: “She’s now on the lung transplant list, but even then, it’s something like 90% don’t survive the operation. So it is a tough time at the moment.”
