Helen Flanagan posts cute snap of her and daughter Matilda at the football

Corrie star looked glam as always while supporting her man at Celtic Park

Helen Flanagan’s adorable daughter Matilda looked excited to be cheering on dad Scott Sinclair at his first football game of the season.

The Coronation Street star looked glamorous (as per usual) as she arrived at Glasgow’s Celtic Park with Matilda on Saturday to watch her man in action for Celtic FC against Hearts.

Helen, who plays Rosie Webster on the Corrie cobbles, went for a dressed down but still stylish ensemble of skinny grey jeans and oversized purple jumper teamed with comfy black flat ankle boots.

Little Matilda, two, looked cute as a button in a kitten patterned pink and white dress and matching pink bow in her hair.

Helen, 26, captioned her sweet snap: “First game of the season today, go @celticfc and daddy @scotty__sinclair.”

Perhaps Helen and Matilda brought a dose of good luck as Celtic won their game 4-1.

And Scott scored, hitting the back of the net at 51 minutes.

Helen lives apart from Scott, 28, during the week as he’s based in Glasgow with Celtic FC and she’s needed in Manchester to film Coronation Street.

While a long-distance romance can be hard on many, Helen has admitted she doesn’t mind the separation.

She explained on Loose Women: “Me and Matilda live with my mum and dad during the week and at weekends we go to Glasgow because Scott plays for Celtic.

“It’s really lovely, actually, as it’s kind of nice to have a break… I suppose it’s not easy but I really wanted to go back to work and I’ve always been really supportive of his career and he’s been supportive of mine.”

Helen frequently gushes about how becoming a mother changed her life completely.

In an interview with Fabulous magazine last month, she said: “Scott says she has me wrapped round her finger, but she’s my little princess and I adore her, so I don’t mind.”

Of course, as soon as any celebrity has one child, people starting asking about number two…

Helen told OK! magazine in February: “We definitely want more. I think we want to wait until Matilda is four years old. We love her more than anything but she is definitely enough for us at the moment.”

She also said marriage may be on the cards for her and Scott, who have been together for eight years.

However, the star stressed neither of them will rush down the aisle.

“Now that we have Matilda, people are always asking us when we are going to get married,” she said.

“I think every relationship is different. We’ll get married when the time is right.”

And Matilda will no doubt make an adorable flower girl!
