Coleen Nolan’s daughter Ciara could hardly contain her surprise as she revealed her mum had got matching tattoos with boyfriend Ryan Brockbank.
The news emerged during the latest episode of the family’s Nolans Uncensored podcast. A clip shared on Instagram showed Ciara announcing: “Mum’s got tattoos with Ryan!”
The romantic gesture follows Coleen and Ryan making their relationship Instagram official earlier this month. The couple had reportedly dated in private for several months before sharing their romance publicly.

Ciara encouraged Coleen, 61, to show off the new ink during the family conversation. She then explained that her mum had chosen two designs connected to Ryan, 41.
One tattoo features an “R” alongside a heart. The other carries the words “until the end”.
Ryan already has several tattoos, while the matching designs mark a new development in the couple’s relationship.
Ciara also shared how Coleen’s relatives responded when the Loose Women star posted the tattoos in their family group chat.
She said they discussed the surprise privately and joked: “Mum’s lost her plot. She’s lost her head.”
Coleen and Ryan’s relationship
The Sun first revealed that Coleen and Ryan had been dating away from the spotlight. The pair later confirmed their relationship on Instagram.
Ryan is the first partner Coleen has dated publicly since her relationship with Michael Jones ended in 2023.
It is thought that Coleen met Ryan after her three-month search for romance on Celebs Go Dating. She has described her time on the dating programme as a “disaster”.
Coleen did not leave the show with a lasting match. However, her romantic life later changed direction with Ryan, and the pair initially kept their relationship private.
The TV personality has married twice. She wed actor Shane Richie in 1990, and their marriage ended in 1999.
Coleen later married musician Ray Fensome. They divorced in 2018 after 17 years together.
Back on the podcast, Coleen responded playfully to her family’s verdict on the tattoos. Rejecting the suggestion that she had lost her head, she declared: “I haven’t now. I’ve just lost my heart!”
Her answer brought the conversation back to the meaning behind the new designs. While Ciara and the wider family appeared taken aback, Coleen made no attempt to hide her delight over the romantic gesture with Ryan.
