Serena Williams and her fiancé, Reddit cofounder Alexis Ohanian, just shared the first picture of their newborn baby daughter. They have also finally revealed her name.
Born to be a daddy's girl, the baby has been named after her father: Alexis Olympia Ohanian, Jr.
The tiny tot was born on Sept. 1, weighing 6 pounds, 14 ounces.
Serena shared a video about her daughter's first days in the world, covering her journey from first ultrasound to her Australian Grand Slam victory.
We also see Serena and Alexis prepping the baby's nursery, the adoring couple together and, finally, their beautiful baby daughter.
Her Instagram post attracted more than 270,000 likes within an hour of posting.
Serena added that they spent six or seven days in the hospital due to complications, but added, "Look what we got! We got a baby girl - Junior."
The new dad also shared the video on his account, adding, "Welcome, Alexis Olympia Ohanian, Jr., we're so happy to meet you. We made you a video of our adventure so far. Our little girl is already mama's perfect sidekick."
Alexis' mama joked that she was the first baby to win a Grand Slam title, as Serena was already pregnant when she won the Australian Open!
She went on to miss the rest of the tennis season. To date, she has 23 Grand Slam singles titles.
