Another day, another Duggar. Or at least that's the way it seems. But, hey, they do call the show Counting On.
Josh and Anna Duggar introduced the Internet to their newborn son Mason Garrett Duggar via the family's official website on Wednesday.
The adorable little boy was born on Tuesday, September 12, at 1:22 am.
"Anna gave birth at her home in Northwest Arkansas with a midwife," the Duggars said in a statement to Us Weekly. "Her water broke Monday morning early and she labored all day before having Mason at 1:22 a.m. Tuesday. Both her mom and Mrs. (Michelle) Duggar are there now helping out."
This is the fifth child for Josh and Anna, who are also proud parents to Mackynzie, Michael, Marcus and Meredith.
In case you haven't noticed, they have a thing for M names. Similar to the way Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar favor the J monikers.
"Both he (Mason) and Anna are doing well," the Duggars noted in their post. "He arrived today without complication and we already adore him. The entire family is ecstatic over the arrival of another beautiful blessing. We want to thank everyone for your prayers, kind words and well wishes. We appreciate it much more than we could ever express. We pray God blesses each of you with an abundance of the kindness you've shown us."
To say this is a big week for the Duggars is pretty much an understatement.
Over the weekend the family welcomed another new addition when Joe Duggar married fiancee Kendra Caldwell. Not long before that blessed event Joy-Anna Duggar and her husband Austin Forsyth revealed they are expecting their first child.
Oh, and did we mention that it's Michelle's birthday today? Because, yeah, there's that, too! The family matriarch turned 51.
The new season of Counting On premiered just this week on TLC and will feature the courtship of Joe and Kendra prior to their engagement, which happened at Joy-Anna and Austin's wedding last May.
With so many Duggar happenings, all eyes are now on Jinger Duggar and husband Jeremy Vuolo. Fans are anxious for the couple to start a family of their own.
